This has actually allowed me to do more damage and negate more of the targets damage resistance so that IвЂ™m spending plus time in a firefight with NPCs. I actually havenвЂ™t felt like IвЂ™ve needed it because as weвЂ™ve seen with my progression, leveling the weapons and IвЂ™m unlocking increasingly stronger weapons and armor mods. I think itвЂ™s important to take it around level 40 because as you get higher in the levels you will increasingly face more and more legendary enemies and you will have to become a bigger bullet sponge in order to survive. I really like waiting to pick the Life Giver perk until later in the game, it adds plus 20 hp to your stats on automatically, and has three levels so thereвЂ™s a max of +60hp. I finished building Sanctuary, Abernathy Farm, and Starlight Drive-In and picked up levels 44-46, picking up Science 4, Life Giver, and Rifleman 5. The beauty of building multiple settlements from the ground-up is that it is an amazing opportunity to gain levels. The sweet reward of getting the Shishkebab and stocking up on flamer parts and heavy munitions is well worth the daunting task, and making level 43 (Cap Collector 3). I actually have to say Finch Farm was somewhat of a difficult task for me. I cannot imagine trying to do this at level 5 or 8. Places like the Finch Farm, Spectacle Island and Murkwater Construction Site are hard enough to bring under your control in the level 40 range. This is one of the more difficult tasks for low-level players, which is one of the reasons why I waited so long to start doing settlements. I completed the grueling task of bringing the remaining settlements into the fold including the Finch Farm. I wonвЂ™t spoil the truth of this quest for anyone who hasnвЂ™t played it, but I will say that I felt it in the long run then having Covenant manned by its original settlers made more sense than having to go through the process of destroying all of its defenses and then reorganizing and getting new settlers in there.

It was for this decision that I completed the вЂњHuman ErrorвЂќ quest, (level 42, Armorer 4) and chose to let Doc Chambers kill Amelia. Some of the hardest decisions to make are the ones that determine what is best for the community as a whole and for my goals as master of the universe.

The process of bringing the remaining settlements into the fold is not an easy one.
